Bye Energy, Inc. Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Front Range Airport, Pursues Integrated Biorefinery Grant

DENVER, Colorado- Aug. 6, 2009 -  ByeEnergy, Inc., an integrator and developer of alternative energy and renewable fuel technologies for business and general aviation, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Front Range Airport Authority (FRAA) to collaborate on several projects.

The first project is a response to a Funding Opportunity Announcement Bye Energy submitted in late June to the U.S. Department of Energy for an integrated cellulosic biorefinery pilot plant, proposed to be located at Front Range Airport.

George Bye, CEO of Bye Energy, said the opportunity to help integrate clean energy solutions at Front Range Airport has many possibilities. "Relatively little attention has been given to bringing alternative energy and renewable fuels technologies to general aviation," he said. "Thanks to outstanding partners like FRAA, we are determined to change that."
