John W. Brown Named President of Bye Energy Inc.

DENVER, Colorado – April 28, 2009 – Bye Energy, Inc., an integrator of clean energy solutions for aviation, named John W. Brown as its President.
 
Brown, who serves on the Board of Directors for Bye Aerospace Inc., the parent company of Bye Energy, has over 30 years of senior management experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity investment, and early-stage technology companies. He is a founder of Sandia Capital Partners, LLC, an Albuquerque, NM-based corporate finance advisory and direct investment firm, and was Chief Operating Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, LLC. Brown is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan. He received his undergraduate degree in business from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. In addition to Bye Aerospace, Brown is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Anderson School of Management Foundation, Charter Bank, Sagebrush Technology, Inc. and ClingZ, Inc.
